  1. Organize Gagik's code
  2. Add command-line interface
  3. Template code for 2-3 dimensions using:
    1. Generate Random Points in a triangle
    2. Generate Random Points in a tetrahedron
  4. Replace linear search (O(n)) of tetrahedrons with given weight threadhold with binary search (O(log(n)))
  5. Parallelize code using OpenMP
