  1. Organize Gagik's code
  2. Add README.md file
  3. Add command-line interface
  4. Extend for 3 Dimensions using:
    1. Generate Random Points in a tetrahedron
  5. Replace linear search (O(n)) of tetrahedrons with given weight threadhold with binary search (O(log(n)))
  6. Parallelize code using OpenMP
