I am now focusing on pinpointing what changes need to be made to APBNRR to allow it to work in an extension flawlessly.
I am now focusing on implementing the SuperBuild system for the APBNRR Slicer extension.
 
The most important change that is necessary is making the template folder functionality easier to use. This template folder is a critical dependency for APBNRR and I need to find some way to bundle it with the extension. Of course, it is very large in size, so what I will probably end up doing is providing a download link for it and adding it as a parameter for the Slicer module.


I am also in the process of executing the several APBNRR cases and collecting results. I estimate this will take a couple of months.

General Status

I have finished and uploaded the PBNRR Slicer extension.

I am now focusing on implementing the SuperBuild system for the APBNRR Slicer extension.
