Updated Superbuild System
The Superbuild system for PODM has been updated to compile all dependencies as shared libraries. In addition to that, new code has been added to compile an arbitrary number of PODM libraries as well as the PODM interface. There is also code in place that only links to the PODM interface the PODM libraries that have been compiled. The user can choose which PODM libraries they want to compile.
